Changes request for better balanced game.

1.Lvl 85 cap for char to reborn (level 100 feels too much suffering for our first reborn) or give upgrade points every 50 char levels.

2.Fishing pools over all other maps (we don't need run all distance back the city just to fish)

3.Teleport to the area you select in the map menu (because run all the distance again is too boring when you are higher levels)

4.Better equipment drops in the 50+ chicken farm

5.Some magic skills do not match their icons and apearence in the game

6.Friend request and friend list menu, chat whisper option in friend menu, party option too in friend menu.

7. Item trade option between players, some players might sell equipment or trade with other players for something that fit them better.
