Every single time the server crashes, it triggers a massive rollback. I am continuously losing all my levels, items, and progress. You are erasing hours of my life, deleting great gaming moments, and destroying the hard work I invested into your product.
As a consumer, I demand immediate clarification on the following points:
Time Compensation: How will you compensate players for the dozens of hours completely wasted due to your unstable servers?
Premium Currency Refunds: What is your exact refund policy for players who purchased Diamonds but lost their progression advantages due to these rollbacks?
Account Restoration: I expect my character and its lost progress to be fully restored immediately to my account.
It is completely baffling that a high-quality MMORPG in 2026 lacks basic, essential features like a working storage chest (baú) and a functional player trade system. Your total negligence regarding server stability and basic infrastructure forces me to ask a serious question: Are you actually running a legitimate gaming studio, or is this project just a scheme to harvest funds from a passionate community?
