Dev, it has been almost a week and I still haven’t received my 12k promotional gems. Is this false advertising?
I will not purchase any more Cash because of this issue, especially since you have shown no concern about fixing it. I purchased 12,000 gems for 26.90 BRL, with the promise of receiving an additional 12,000 promotional gems, which should have totaled 24,000 gems. However, I only received the 12,000 gems I paid for.
You need to fix this issue, along with the many other bugs currently affecting the game. I won’t even get into the players using alternate accounts, with multiple accounts logged in by the same person, creating an unfair game and abusing power in base domination.
