A few tips here and there about account recovery.
First, calm down, apparently we haven't lost any progress.
The administrator said that our characters are there; you just need to fill out the form so they can review it and connect it to your character.
Entering your account ID is optional, but remember to include as much information about your account as possible.
If you can't access the site on your mobile phone (app), try copying the link and opening it in your browser. Opening it in an incognito tab might also help. In my case, I did this using Google Chrome on my computer and it worked.
One player commented below that it's recommended to type "my activity on Google" and, in the site's search bar, enter the name of the game "Spell Crit" and scroll to the bottom of the page; this way, you'll find the day you first accessed the game and created your character.
Include as many photos as you have from your account. If you've posted videos of your character on YouTube, add the link as well; this can be crucial for the developer to restore it.
