Change the guild gem menu to switch to the number pad instead of a slider. Or if not that change the max currently it's only at 1000.
Also guild leadership transfer is broken. I saved up 100k personal gems awhile ago and it didn't work. Said I needed 3500 coins. Not sure what that means.
