Pk timer

@MMORPG Devwe have given you shit the past 48 hours some deserved some not.but the pk timer mechanic is very good.thank you for adding it. I like how your max health doesn't exceed the respawn health bar adds more strategy and also helps out weaker players kill stronger people if they have been weakened…so nice change.
