Multi account abuse

The Orion server seems to be mostly clear of the multi accounts that use to run rampant but I've been going to the less active servers and the multi account abuse on those servers is insane.they don't even try and hide it.im curious when the anti cheat measures will be added? eventually I'm assuming their will be multi server clan wars or something similar.not adding an anti cheat or moderation soon will mess up the balance of the game because lone guy using multi accounts can hold the entire map on slower servers.and the gem rewards for holding bases is very good.so instead of a guild splitting gems between 10 to 15 active members cheaters get 200k gems a week all to themselves.
