There has been a major outage at our hosting provider. We are currently migrating the game to a different server (different hosting provider).
Character backups have been saved.
The game will be back online within 24 hours, but there may be issues accessing accounts during the first few days.
We sincerely apologize, and once the process of restoring access is complete (we hope to have this resolved within 7 days), players will receive compensation in the form of gems.
We understand that this is not at all what players expect from a game project, but such an event was difficult to foresee. This time, we are setting up a backup system for our entire infrastructure to ensure we lose absolutely no data. Unfortunately, since the project is still under active development, we simply did not have time to implement such measures, and here is the result.
