The hosting provider has updated its status to “Under maintenance.”
We have not yet received a full explanation of the situation from them. We sincerely hope that the issue won’t drag on for several days, but if it does, this will be a one-time occurrence, as we will be switching to a different hosting provider after the server migration.
However, yes, the data is currently on inaccessible servers. We have up-to-date backups of player progress, but unfortunately, we do not have backups of user access tokens.
Therefore, we need to wait for the servers to become available again on the current hosting provider.
