Lost my Profile

I'm still having the problem where all my passwords and login info are gone, and I can only log into the game with the profile I had when the last major server issues or update occurred. I’m the leader of Post Mortem Gilgamesh. The game tells me my profile isn’t linked to my email address, even though it’s linked twice—once via Google and once via email.
