Hypothetically speaking...

It's starting to seem like there's a chance some player's data is going to be lost forever (your last update stated hosting provider unexplainably deleted all data from Netherlands 😱!) If one finds that their acct is unrecoverable, would you be at least willing to refund purchases? I can't speak for everyone, but I would be willing to start over if I could get my in-game spendings back, so I could reinvest those in a new character at least. I may be not understanding everything correctly, and don't mean to cause panic if I'm wrong. I understand absolutely nothing about programing/developing/IT/coding or anything in that realm.
