Due to issues during the recent migration of the server to a new hosting provider, player and clan progress was not saved correctly. As a result, PLAYER AND CLAN PROGRESS FROM THE LAST 15 DAYS HAS BEEN LOST.
On May 27, the servers were migrated from the previous host, and unfortunately, the database was set up with errors after the migration, which prevented it from accepting new player progress.
We understand that this is a tragic situation. You have poured your heart and soul into leveling up your character, and this will be difficult to compensate for. As compensation, we will credit every player on the Guaraci server whose account was created before June 11 with 100,000 gems.
Every donation made before May 27 will be doubled. Every donation made between May 27 and June 11 will be credited again and doubled.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP YOUR OLD CHARACTER ID so that we can send you compensation. If you reinstalled the game and lost access to your old ID, please submit a new request to restore access to your account. However, please note that we have lost your save data from the last 15 days, so you must provide the data (such as your nickname) your character had more than 15 days ago.
We offer our deepest apologies and understand the damage this situation has caused to our reputation. But we are moving forward and continuing to work on the update.
